How do I return?

- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

- In the original packaging
- Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
No Hassle 30-Day Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from us, which is why we offer a 30-day no hassle return policy. We will gladly accept a return within 30 days from the date you received your order if it is in new/unused condition and with all the original packaging. We will then exchange, replace or refund at your request. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Your return may be subject to a restocking fee for items showing signs of use such as wear, dirt, or blemishes of any kind. Items must be returned in their original packaging and should include all supplied materials, instructions, warranty cards, original accessories, hardware, and any software provided.

Once we receive your completed Return Request Form, you will receive an RMA (return Authorization Number) in 1-2 business days (Tuesday through Saturday). Ship your return back to us within 30 days of the date you placed your order. Your RMA email will include all instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.

If has been more than 30 days since you placed your order and there is an issue with your item, contact us to discuss your individual circumstances, ya never know!
If you received a wrong or defective item, please submit the Return Request Form. We will need to receive the item back to confirm it's defective condition prior to arranging a replacement. In certain cases only the product manufacturer can resolve a defective product. In these situations Starizona will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
