Adapter length is HyperStar backfocus minus camera backfocus. (For example, on a C11 HyperStar, the backfocus is 59.7mm; using a Starlight Xpress camera with 18.3mm backfocus, the adapter length is 59.7 - 18.3 = 41.4mm, or 1.63")
